Questions, corrections and requests all land in the same inbox, and a real person reads them. If your school uses a grading scale the calculators do not handle properly, that is the most useful message you can send, because those reports are what tell us which scale to build support for next.

Reporting a calculation problem

If a result looks wrong, the fastest way to get it fixed is to tell us which calculator you were on, what you entered, what number you expected, and what the site showed instead. A line about how your school weights honors or AP classes helps too, since that is where most disagreements come from.

For advertising enquiries or partnership proposals, use the same address and mention what you have in mind in the subject line so it gets to the right place.
